Vindya is a Sri Lankan-British composer, producer and DJ; her mixes incorporate multiple underground dance music genres such as techno, break-beat, deep house and jungle, but also integrate sounds from her South Asian heritage with the Asian Underground scene. Her charming and totally morish track Auspicious Time from Daytimer’s first compilation album has been on repeat in the Brainchild office lately.
