Pricing

All prices are in British Pounds and include Value Added Tax. We reserve the right to adjust the VAT element if this changes. The cost of transporting goods are as set out below and are based on the shipping location. These costs shall be added to the price to be paid by you.

Delivery

Orders for items which are in stock will normally be despatched within 2-4 days. Deliveries are normally made within 2-3 working days of despatch unless your goods are being sent outside of the UK. All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail 1st service and can be tracked.

Damaged or Defective Goods

You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If you find a defect or damage you must tell us as soon as possible before wearing the item and refer to our returns policy for instructions on how to return an item.

Returns Policy

All our orders are hand packed by our own staff with great care and attention to ensure that our products leave us and reach you in great condition. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your order we are happy to provide a refund as long as you post your returns, unworn, back to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We do not cover the postage cost of returning your order nor do we refund the carriage charge of the original order.

If, however, you have received a faulty or incorrect item please contact us within seven days of receipt of your order. Clothing must be returned in the same condition as it was received – clean, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with all labels still attached. (When trying clothes on please avoid wearing perfume, deodorant or make-up as they may leave a scent or marks on the item). Returned clothing must be well packaged to avoid damage in the post.

We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in the post. If returning clothing from outside the UK, please clearly mark your package as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ to avoid any customs charges. We reserve the right to refuse returns if our returns policy is not followed.

Exchanges and Refunds

All items must be returned to us in accordance with our returns policy before a refund is issued. In the case of faulty items we reserve our position until we have had an opportunity to examine the goods. Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit/debit card excluding shipping charges. International customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.
