We (Brainchild Arts CIC) are committed to protecting your privacy as a user of the Website. We strive to keep all information relating to you confidential in accordance with this policy. As part of the normal operation of our services you may voluntarily provide us with information about yourself (“Personal Data”). If you have filled in our optional Audience Data Form, the demographic data obtained will be used to inform our Audience Development Plans in the mission to ensure our work is accessible and enjoyable for a diverse range of people.

Even though we try our best we can not guarantee the security of information. However, we promise to notify appropriate authorities of data breaches. We will also notify you if there is a threat to your rights or interests. We will do everything we reasonably can to prevent security breaches and to assist authorities should any breaches occur.
