How could we resist making this happen again?
Limber up, dress up, bring your most outrageous moves and your most audacious self to a voguing workshop with the one and only Jay Jay Revlon – MC, DJ, father of the Kiki House of Tea, and co-founder of English Breakfast London, responsible for some of London’s finest voguing nights.
Instrumental to the rise of London’s voguing scene, Jay Jay Revlon caught wider attention in 2017 when he was filmed at London’s vigil for Orlando. As Jay Jay himself says, ‘voguing requires you to let out all your emotion and spirit on the floor. It came about as a reaction to oppression: in the 80s you would let out all your pain in a costume at a ball. It brought the community together and I think it still works’.
See you on the floor – don’t forget your glitter (and your shade).
